Online payment is only applicable for customers outside UAE.
We offer discounts, coupons and codes during festivals and special occasions on specific items. However, be informed that discount codes are not applicable on discounted products, and more than one coupon code cannot be combined.
For this, you will have to follow the labelling of the package(s) for manufacture and expiry dates.
In such case, you must contact us via email at [email protected] or directly through our WhatsApp number 0508924896 and after that, we will proceed with the return process. The refund is processed to the account from which you made the payments or your bank account after deducting bank fees.
Cancellation PolicyIn addition to our return policy, we also have a cancellation policy. You have the legal right to cancel your order; if your order has not been processed on time. You can cancel your order by logging into your account. If your order has been processed and handed over for dispatch, your order falls under the returns policy stated under. Please see the cancellation rights section in our terms and conditions.
You can choose the delivery date and time by mentioning the date and time in the notes section while making the order. But, it is subject to change according to the delivery routes.
We provide COD and online payment methods. We also offer bank transfers by contacting our official number.
Return is acceptable for products only if there is a manufacturing defect, or the items have expired. You must return the product(s) within 7 days after delivery with a copy of the original receipt.
Sale items purchased online cannot be returned or exchanged.
