Generally, we deliver our products within 2-3 working days. However, in case of high demand, it might take 5-6 days maximum.
When will My Order be Dispatched?

I Received a Wrong and Damaged Product/item, How Can I Return?

In such case, you must contact us via email at [email protected] or directly through our WhatsApp number 0508924896 and after that, we will proceed with the return process. The refund is processed to the account from which you made the payments or your bank account after deducting bank fees.

Cancellation Policy In addition to our return policy, we also have a cancellation policy. You have the legal right to cancel your order; if your order has not been processed on time. You can cancel your order by logging into your account. If your order has been processed and handed over for dispatch, your order falls under the returns policy stated under. What are the Delivery Charges?
It is 30 Dhs for all cities in UAE except remote areas (e.g. Gharbia, Waqan, Khem)  will be charged 45-50 Dhs.
What is your Return and Exchange Policy?

Return is acceptable for products only if there is a manufacturing defect, or the items have expired. You must return the product(s) within 7 days after delivery with a copy of the original receipt.
